We are seeking a skilled IT Technical Operations Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

This role will involve processing daily, weekly and monthly files using in-house software. You will be responsible for maintaining checklists and delivering data as per schedule. Additionally, you will assist data quality, support and metrics teams with operational projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Application support experience
  • Technical skills: SQL Server & DBA, Windows Administration, DR failover, cluster failover, networking, application setup, scripting knowledge
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, problem-solving, time management, organization, and independence
