About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technical Operations Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and applications.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Analyze business needs and ensure that technical solutions are aligned with those requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system flowcharts and user guides.
  • Work closely with developers to create and implement technical specifications.
  • Provide support for system development, including database creation, testing, and deployment.
  • Document development processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with application installation, deployment, and production implementation.
  • Resolve issues during integration and testing phases and ensure that production systems meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in DevOps software development, with a focus on complex and multidisciplinary projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of programming languages such as .NET or Java, with experience in C#, Python, SQL interface.
  • Familiarity with modern frameworks and libraries, such as React, Angular, .NET, and Spring.
  • Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
  • Preferred knowledge of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
