Technical Operations Specialist

The role of a Technical Operations Specialist is to provide technical leadership and support for the infrastructure and applications in our organization. This includes designing, implementing, and maintaining the systems and tools that enable seamless deployments and continuous delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced individual who can troubleshoot complex issues in Linux environments and conduct application-level debugging. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and provisioning infrastructure using Terraform and configuration management tools, as well as orchestrating and managing containers using Kubernetes in a production-grade environment.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need strong experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and container orchestration. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, or similar) is also essential. Additionally, you should have sound knowledge of Finacle operations, system architecture, configuration management, and automation tools. Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and other observability tools is highly desirable.
