
Business Development Manager

The primary objective of this role is to foster effective and smooth relationships with corporate entities, banks, distributors, and agents in the region to drive business growth.
To achieve this goal, you will engage in consultative discussions with finance and treasury heads as well as CEOs to develop new business opportunities.
You will also be responsible for prospecting, selling, and managing relationship managers/sales personnel in banks within the region who are active in the mutual funds market.
Key performance indicators include achieving sales targets, identifying sales patterns in the market, and conducting market industry analysis.
Additionally, you will be expected to generate increasing sales revenue and develop an agent/distributor network.
Other responsibilities include selecting and motivating agents/distributors to promote the company's products or services.
