Job Title: Key Performance Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Key Performance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development by effectively managing key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Recruit and Activate high-performing teams as per plan (activation on a quarterly basis)
  • Ensure Team Productivity is maintained as per the plan.
  • Establish strategic partnerships to facilitate business activities.
  • Conduct regular meetings with reporting agents to evaluate their performance and advise them on the same (ensure that they meet Career Progression from TAs to SAs and AOs as per the Agency)
  • Generate revenue and acquire new customers through face-to-face and digital interactions.
  • Review KPIs with reporting managers on a bi-weekly basis
  • Attend all strategic meetings and training programs conducted by senior management
  • Ensure 2 joint calls are made on a daily basis
  • Comply with all policies and procedures laid down by the organization
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Graduate degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Sales Management or related field, preferably in Insurance Sales
