Agri Assistant Manager – Procurement & Sales

Location: Gwalior RO (Base: Dabra)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month + Incentives

About the Role

SRAPCL is seeking a dynamic and field-driven Agri Assistant Manager – Procurement & Sales to join our Agri-Tech powered FPO operations . The role will focus on agri-input procurement, vendor management, retail sales, and market linkage development —leveraging technology to improve farmer access to quality inputs and profitable markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agri-Input Procurement – Source seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other inputs from reputed suppliers
  • Demand Fulfilment – Ensure timely procurement and supply based on sales team requirements
  • Vendor & Distributor Management – Maintain strong relationships with input companies, wholesalers, and retailers
  • Stock & Inventory Planning – Track inventory levels, demand patterns, and coordinate with warehouses/retail outlets
