
Sales Business Developer

As a key member of our Sales & Business Development team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This involves understanding their financial needs and providing them with tailored liability products and solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to articulate the benefits of different products, and have a deep understanding of the bank's liability offerings.
You will work closely with clients to conduct thorough financial needs analysis, assess their requirements, and recommend suitable liability products and services. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell other banking products or services based on the client's financial situation and needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the bank's liability products and stay updated with new offerings and features
- Needs Analysis: Strong analytical skills to assess client financial needs and recommend suitable products and services
- Cross-selling and Upselling: Ability to identify opportunities to sell additional banking products or services
