This is a unique chance to develop and expand high net worth individual (HNI) customer relationships. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for in-depth profiling of clients to identify opportunities and matching these opportunities to products/solutions provided.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop new and existing HNI customer relationships through in-depth profiling and matching opportunities to products/solutions.
- Generate business across liabilities, assets, and fee products to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value, revenues, and client stickiness.
- Formulate and implement sales plans to acquire new HNI clients and increase the customer base.
- Navigate through adaptive and technical challenges to seamlessly align service delivery and enhance client experience.
- Use investment expertise to conduct client portfolio reviews and showcase products as per client requirements.
- Ensure client contactability at all times through regular connections in weekly/monthly calls.
- Resolve client queries for the managed book within specified timelines.
- Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
- Aptitude to deliver high-quality customer service using organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Decision-making skills with strong ownership.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in building and maintaining HNI customer relationships.
