Job Description

Achieving business goals involves acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. This role requires a graduate in any discipline.

The key areas of focus include identifying target areas for prospective business, pre-screening customer segments according to organizational norms, and ensuring the number of log-ins along with disbursement.

To ensure high customer satisfaction levels, it is essential to proactively understand customer needs and cross-sell multiple products as per requirements.

Sales promotion activities will be executed to build customer interest in our brand. Building strong client relationships both internally and externally is also crucial, along with building a strong brand identification with potential customers.

Vendor empanelment and developing relationships with new vendors are also responsibilities of this role. Furthermore, establishing strong distribution channels and ensuring compliance to all audit/RBI regulations are critical aspects of this job.
