Responsibilities:

  2. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance and support throughout the sales process.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
  5. Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding products, services, and pricing.
  6. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  7. Utilize CRM systems to track and manage client interactions and sales activities.
  8. Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  9. Conduct follow-up calls and meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
