Salesforce Developer Job Summary

Coffeee is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing customized Salesforce solutions, as well as experience with Salesforce declarative development and integration with third-party systems.\

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components.
• Create and manage Workflows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
• Design and implement Salesforce APIs for seamless integration with third-party systems.
• Conduct system integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and propose scalable solutions.
• Optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and defects within the Salesforce platform.\

Required Skills and Qualifications include:
• 4-10 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Experience with Salesforce declarative development (Process Builder, Workflows, Validation Rules).
• Experience in designing and developing Salesforce integrations using APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Familiarity with Salesforce data model, security, sharing rules, and custom objects.
• Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools such as Flows.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment and version control tools such as Gearset, Ant, or Copado.
• Ability to design and implement scalable solutions based on business requirements.
• Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange products and solutions.
• Experience with SOQL and SOSL for data querying.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
