Key responsibilities include lead generation, customer service, sales management, and business development. You will engage with clients to provide customized learning solutions, develop sales strategies, establish and maintain customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of quality solutions.
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication and customer service skills, have an understanding of sales and sales management principles, be able to work independently, and adapt to remote work environments. Additionally, excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills are essential, with knowledge of the learning industry and SAS Sales trends being a plus.
