
Enterprise Growth Director

We seek an ambitious Enterprise Growth Director who will spearhead business expansion in current and emerging markets, fostering strong relationships with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth in India and international markets through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.
- Nurture customer relationships through regular communication, market research, and personalized offerings.
- Purchase and sell plastic resins from Indian suppliers and distributors, ensuring seamless supply chain management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to promote products and build brand awareness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including resin producers, logistics providers, and cargo operators.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to optimize logistics, inventory management, and cargo allocation processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trading polymers in India and international markets.
- In-depth understanding of the polymer market dynamics in India.
- Able to travel frequently for business meetings and negotiations.
- Familiarity with the latest business policies, regulations, and industry trends.
