We are seeking a senior business leader to drive the growth and success of our business unit.

This role carries full responsibility for overall business performance and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling operations within the cybersecurity or SaaS industry, with strong expertise in sales, business development, and strategic planning.

  • Lead the business unit with full profit and loss accountability, setting and executing a financial and strategic roadmap to deliver aggressive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term market leadership within 3–5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

P&L Ownership & Strategic Growth

Drive top-line growth by developing and executing high-impact sales strategies, securing enterprise-level partnerships, and expanding the unit's market share in the cybersecurity sector.

Revenue Acceleration & Business Development

Oversee all financial aspects of the business unit, ensuring budget discipline, margin optimization, and sustainable bottom-line performance.

Scalable Operations

Build and optimize scalable processes, systems, and operational frameworks to support rapid growth, ensuring efficiency and alignment with financial objectives.

Leadership for Performance

Recruit, mentor, and lead a results-driven team with a strong commercial mindset, ensuring alignment to revenue and profitability targets.

Board & Stakeholder Alignment

Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders, providing transparent financial and strategic updates to ensure alignment on growth and value-creation goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of proven leadership with full P&L accountability, profitability management, and business development success.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, ideally within SaaS or tech-driven businesses.
  • Track record of revenue growth through sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational scaling in high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams with a strong commercial mindset.
