Job Title: Enterprise Workplace Strategy Director
Enterprise Workplace Strategy DirectorThe role of the Enterprise Workplace Strategy Director is to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital workplace strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives.
- 14+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in architecture or workplace strategy roles.
The successful candidate will define and own the global digital workplace architecture, ensuring a seamless, secure, and user-centric environment.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of identity, access management, zero trust, cloud platforms, and mobile-first strategies.
- Experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments is highly desirable.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma principles.
- Familiarity with ITIL and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Enterprise Architecture certification (TOGAF, Zachman) or Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
