  • Develop and implement strategies for alternative text (alt text) writing/reviewing and technical content creation, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Mentor and manage team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and expertise to excel in their roles.

We are seeking a talented professional with a strong background in technical content creation, leadership, and team management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the content industry, with a proven track record of driving innovation and excellence.
  • Demonstrated expertise in alternative text writing/reviewing, technical content creation, and team management.
  • Proficient in leveraging AI tools for efficient content development and analysis.

Requirements include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.
  • An analytical and problem-solving approach, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
