Digital Workplace Transformation Architect

We are seeking an experienced architect to lead the digital transformation of our workplace ecosystem.

This role will provide strategic leadership across endpoint management, collaboration platforms, and unified communications ensuring a cohesive, secure, and future-ready digital experience for all users

Key responsibilities include defining and owning the global digital workplace architecture, leading and mentoring a team of domain architects, and ensuring interoperability across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 14+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in architecture or workplace strategy roles and possess strong knowledge of identity, access management, zero trust, cloud platforms, and mobile-first strategies.

Additionally, the candidate should have experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments and familiarity with lean manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma principles.

Enterprise Architecture certification and ITIL and Agile delivery frameworks would be highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • 14+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in architecture or workplace strategy roles.

  • Ensure interoperability across endpoint management, collaboration platforms, and unified communications.

  • Enterprise Architecture certification (TOGAF, Zachman) or Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and Agile delivery frameworks.
