Job Title: Solution Architect - Digital TransformationAs a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the design, development, and implementation of applications that align with business needs.You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure that application requirements are met, oversee the development process, and provide guidance to team members. Effective communication and coordination are crucial for project success.Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on digital transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth
  • Responsible for strategic decision-making and resource allocation
  • Foster knowledge sharing and mentoring among team members
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features and enhancements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies
  • Experience with integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central required
  • 15 years full-time education is mandatory
