Sales Development Manager

We are a leading company in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space, managing a robust portfolio that includes a cutting-edge crypto marketing agency and CryptoNewsZ, a trusted news source for all things crypto.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate our team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) across multiple time zones to drive growth and success.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates, ensuring our sales funnel is optimized for success.
- Monitor SDR performance metrics, providing regular coaching and feedback to drive improvement and meet quarterly goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals and ensure we are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed.
- Lead by example by occasionally participating in outreach activities to stay connected with the market.
Requirements
- Proven minimum 3-5 years experience in a sales management role, particularly within the crypto or digital marketing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a remote team across different time zones.
- Strong knowledge of Crypto/Blockchain/Web3 Space is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
