About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve commercial targets and expand our market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to drive business growth.
  • Manage and coordinate sales activities, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis.
  • Negotiate contracts and prices with customers, ensuring compliance with agreements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market research and competitor analysis.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales team performance.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in the parts cleaning, paints, and electroplating industries.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and IT tools, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Local language proficiency is mandatory, with English language skills a plus.
