Sales Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Manager at Rareminds, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the Delhi & NCR market. This includes leading teams to succeed and win deals in B2B enquiries, as well as driving and developing business on key accounts through focused effort and solution.
Key Performance Indicators
Your key performance indicators will include closing orders with good prices and within approval limits for yourself and your team, as well as driving and generating business through establishing relationships with other major influencers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have around 10 years of hands-on experience in sales and business development in Govt and Pvt Business, with a good connect with Architects and PMCs. You will also need to be capable of generating leads, performing product presentations, and having a good understanding of enquiry process and business scenario, order closure and negotiation.
Qualifications
A graduate or postgraduate degree with 8-12 years of B2B and/or projects sales experience handling MNC, IT, Govt. clients is required for this role.
