Relationship Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Relationship Development Manager to join our Corporate Banking team at Virtuous Advisors & Resources Private Ltd. As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, driving business growth, and identifying new opportunities for expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow client relationships and expand business opportunities.
- Collaborate with relationship managers to create comprehensive credit proposals and manage the disbursement process.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with client portfolios.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in Corporate Banking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
