Job Description

This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting in-depth discussions and performing comprehensive assessments to develop customized equity investment solutions.
  • Proactively communicating with clients to provide updates on market trends, investment opportunities, and portfolio performance.
  • Providing investment recommendations based on the product range available.
  • Identifying potential clients through direct sources or partners and generating sales leads.
  • Converting sales leads to revenue generation.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and customer feedback to senior management.
Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have completed a bachelor's degree and have at least 2+ years of success in equity sales. Strong understanding of equity products and markets is essential, along with excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
