The Customer Relationship Manager role at Axis Bank is a dynamic position that requires a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with our valued customers.
Job Description:
Nurture existing customer relationships through continuous engagement and risk profiling, identifying potential customers and providing customized solutions to meet their needs. Ensure superior customer experience is at the forefront of all client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business relationships with select customers through individualized service
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to mapped customers
- Ensure timely delivery of customer requests while meeting the bank's standards for total customer satisfaction
- Cross-sell the bank's products and services to deepen existing relationships
- Achieve assigned targets for new-to-bank customers, cross-sales, and portfolio retention
- Manage portfolio irregularities, including renewals, pending renewals, stock statements, insurances, and other compliances
- Ensure achievement of monthly end enhancements and disbursements
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Graduation or post-graduation from a recognized institute
- Knowledge of industry trends, technology, marketing, and product developments
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines and norms
- Excellent communication skills in both English and local languages
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong Excel and database manipulation skills, as well as financial and statistical analysis capabilities
Estimated Salary: ₹8,50,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
