Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve common goals
  • Conduct workshops and events to drive sales and enhance product knowledge among team members


Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in telesales, sales leadership, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and team management, with a strong commercial acumen and business skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • In-depth knowledge of diet principles and sales techniques, with the ability to conduct workshops and events to drive sales
  • Ability to meet targets and metrics, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement
