Job Description:

As a key member of the DBS Consumer Banking Group, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. With a strong focus on relationship management and sales development, you will be responsible for acquiring new-to-bank (NTB) customers and deepening wallet share through strategic cross-selling.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in acquisition of NTB customers in Premium Banking/Wealth category, with a sound understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India. In-depth knowledge of local market and competition is also essential. AMFI/IRDAI/FEDAI certified candidates with BCSBI certification would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To deliver acquisition of NTB DBS Treasures clients through a need-based approach and revenue performance by leveraging product penetration opportunities through cross-sell of DBS products and services.
  2. Manage & maintain the highest customer satisfaction and service levels through pro-active client engagement & relationship management, coordinating internally with DBS Service and Distribution and Product team.
  3. Conduct events and activities to enable lead generation to assist NTB acquisition.
  4. Implement needs-based strategy to attract New to Bank (NTB) Treasures clients in assigned locations/areas and actively engage them in new business opportunities.
  5. Drive incremental NNM leveraging CA/SA/TD Growth and revenue by cross selling Insurance, FX and Investments products.
  6. Ensure activation of e-Channels (I-Banking/M-Banking/Online MF/Debit Card) and Savings Book growth.
  7. Drive Cross Sell and PPC.
  8. Deliver exemplary customer service and uphold DBS service standards.
  9. Evaluate internal and regulatory compliance through strict adherence to DBS sales process, timely risk reviews, and exercising due diligence while on-boarding.
  10. Embrace digital banking solutions and technological advancements to deliver highly efficient, swift, and precise services to customers.
