Agribusiness Relationship Manager

We are seeking an Agribusiness Relationship Manager to join our team at Talent Integrators. As a key member of our agri lending team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with agri business clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing a portfolio of existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with agri business clients.
- Identifying new business opportunities in the agri sector.
- Managing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring timely loan repayments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Working closely with internal teams, such as risk management and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Requirements:
- MBA degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in agricultural finance or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure.
Salary Range: Up to 12 LPA (depending on location).
Locations: Chennai, Karnal, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Ludhiana.
Notice Period: 1 month maximum.
