We are seeking an experienced Customer Acquisition and Relationship Manager to join our team in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through customer acquisition and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers across Advantage Banking segments, working closely with the Advantage Banking team to conduct approved sales drives and establish synergies for maximum penetration of Investment & Insurance sales.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing customers to deepen their engagement and increase wallet share, ensuring consistent growth of the Advantage Banking portfolio.
- Retention: Provide top-class service delivery to clients, monitoring high net worth accounts to ensure regular usage and balance growth, and reactivating dormant accounts to create a delight situation.
- Risk Management & Governance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, provide regular feedback on changing customer needs, and report any suspicious transactions to the Senior Sales Manager.
Skillset:
- 7 years of banking experience, with expertise in acquiring new business and clients.
- Experience in Trade and Working Capital business, with a fair understanding of Cross-Sell opportunities.
