Job Title: Customer Success Director
About the Role:
- Drive revenue growth and expansion through strategic account management.
- Develop and execute end-to-end account strategies for top-tier clients to enhance engagement and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT, and Operations teams to drive platform adoption and deliver value to clients.
- Conduct executive business reviews to ensure deep platform adoption and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and represent the platform at key forums to position it as a strategic enterprise solution.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in Customer Success or Enterprise SaaS Account Management.
- Proven track record managing and expanding large enterprise accounts (500K+ ARR).
- Expertise in C-level stakeholder management and consultative selling.
- Strong data-driven approach with experience in business reviews and analytics.
