Job Title: Customer Success Director

About the Role:

  • Drive revenue growth and expansion through strategic account management.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end account strategies for top-tier clients to enhance engagement and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT, and Operations teams to drive platform adoption and deliver value to clients.
  • Conduct executive business reviews to ensure deep platform adoption and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and represent the platform at key forums to position it as a strategic enterprise solution.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Customer Success or Enterprise SaaS Account Management.
  • Proven track record managing and expanding large enterprise accounts (500K+ ARR).
  • Expertise in C-level stakeholder management and consultative selling.
  • Strong data-driven approach with experience in business reviews and analytics.
