
Sales Conversion Specialist

Leapon is looking for a skilled Sales Conversion Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads and scheduling product demos. You will conduct impactful online demos with qualified leads, uncovering their needs and presenting solutions to close deals.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in closing SMB sales and possess strong communication and presentation skills. They will also have high empathy with prospects and be able to pitch solutions that align with their needs.
We are seeking a self-motivated and target-driven individual who is confident in handling objections and guiding prospects toward decisions. Familiarity with CRM tools and structured follow-up processes is also essential.
- Responsibilities:
- Qualify and schedule product demos for inbound leads
- Conduct online demos, identifying client challenges and proposing tailored solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to account closure
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and CRM to ensure timely conversion
- Keep accurate records of sales activity and pipeline in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to optimize lead flow and conversion
Requirements:
- Proven experience in closing SMB sales in a similar role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High empathy with prospects and ability to pitch solutions that align with their needs
- Confidence in handling objections and guiding prospects toward decisions
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured follow-up processes
