Expand Fashion Marketplaces

We seek a dynamic professional to spearhead the expansion of our presence across leading Indian and global online marketplaces.

As a Marketplace Channel Expansion Specialist, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end onboarding and setup of our brand across relevant Indian and international fashion marketplaces. You will own revenue growth targets for marketplace channels, identify opportunities for expansion, and build strategies to scale sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard and manage marketplaces: Lead end-to-end onboarding and setup of our brand across relevant Indian and international fashion marketplaces.
• Grow revenue: Own revenue growth targets for marketplace channels, identify opportunities for expansion, and build strategies to scale sales.
• Optimize catalog and content: Ensure product listings are accurate, compelling, and optimized for visibility and conversions across platforms.
• Execute promotions and campaigns: Strategize, execute, and monitor marketplace promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships.
• Drive analytics and reporting: Track key metrics (traffic, conversion, returns, profitability), generate actionable insights, and build data-led strategies.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with brand, design, operations, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless marketplace execution.
• Ensure compliance and relationships: Ensure compliance with platform requirements and build strong relationships with marketplace account managers to stay ahead of trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing fashion businesses on marketplaces (Indian & global).
• Skillset: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with marketplace dashboards.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, listing standards, returns management, and pricing strategies.
• Mindset: Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities.
