Job Overview: We're seeking a highly motivated Growth Development Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct extensive research to identify potential supply partners and build a robust pipeline of prospects through various channels.\r
  • Engage with leads and perform a thorough needs analysis to understand their hiring challenges and align Joveo's solutions to address their specific requirements.\r
  • Schedule and conduct introductory calls with potential supply partners to educate them about Joveo's offerings and position the value proposition effectively.\r
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with leads to foster long-term business partnerships, ensuring consistent engagement throughout the sales cycle.\r
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and marketing department to strategize and optimize lead generation efforts, sharing insights from the field to enhance the overall sales process.\r
  • Achieve individual and team-based sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.\r
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for building and nurturing client relationships.\r
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude towards identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.\r
  • Comfortable working with various sales and marketing tools, including CRM software, email automation platforms, and social media channels.\r
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
