E-commerce Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead Category growth for Amazon Associates Program. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth for Amazon Fashion, Beauty, and Other Hardlines core categories by influencing and building relationships with top associates.
About the RoleThe XCM (Cross Channel, Cross Category Marketing) team at Amazon India is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth through the Amazon Associates program. This role requires a deep understanding of social commerce trends and the ability to analyze data to make business recommendations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and driving monthly/quarterly/annual/long-term Core Category and cross-Amazon acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth objectives for new and existing associates
- Pitching and negotiating to recruit and/or drive special deal terms with new and existing associates to achieve growth strategy, including leveraging economic and non-economic incentives
- Monitoring and optimizing associates' performance to achieve goals, developing reporting methodologies, and owning data analysis and measurement
- Representing the voice of the customer (and associates) to all stakeholders, driving for cross-functional solutions and tech innovations to meet customers' and associates' most critical needs
To excel in this role, you will have:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
- 5+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
