Growth Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Growth Associate to join our team at Talent500. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all new jobs are posted on various platforms while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of every job before publishing to guarantee its accuracy and effectiveness.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for all open jobs to support our hiring needs.
- Own and manage a set of clients, overseeing the Quality Control, sourcing, and pipeline maintenance processes.
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to ensure job postings are correct and align with our requirements.
- Work closely with the engineering team to verify workflows and automate daily tasks.
- Establish relationships with vendors worldwide to source relevant profiles.
- Maintain job inventory on vendor platforms based on demand and supply.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of various tech stacks in the market.
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Prior experience with tech sourcing is highly desirable.
- Prior experience working with major ATS systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
