Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for consulting IT professionals on career paths over calls, staying updated with the latest technologies, and achieving targets in line with team/organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent spoken and verbal skills, ability to persuade and negotiate, and a fast-learner mentality with detail-oriented and self-motivated traits. Any graduation or post-graduation degree (excluding Bachelor of Arts) is required for this position.

Compensation Package:

The compensation package includes a fixed pay of 25,000 INR per month for the first six months, plus performance-based incentives. After six months of training, the final CTC will be 9 LPA (5 LPA fixed + 4 LPA incentives based on performance).
