Job Description

We are seeking a highly ambitious Business Development Associate to join our team at Playto Labs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients or partners, generating leads that drive business growth.
  • Clients Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team in pre-sales and post-sales activities, providing critical support in closing deals.
  • Business Growth Strategy: Contribute to the development of innovative strategies that fuel business expansion.
  • Client Data Management: Accurately collate and maintain client information within our CRM database, ensuring seamless customer service.
  • Operational Support: Assist senior managers in daily business operations, contributing to the smooth functioning of the organization.
Qualifications:
  • A degree from any recognized university.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to engage with customers through phone and video calls.
  • A strong desire for professional growth and ambition.
  • The capacity to work independently to achieve targets and goals.
  • Willingness to adapt to night shifts when required.
  • Possessing a strong commitment to working from the office environment.
Compensation:

We offer an estimated annual salary of $60,000 to $80,000, based on industry standards and your qualifications. This compensation package is designed to attract talented professionals like you who are passionate about driving business success.
