Business Leader - Growth and Development

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our team in driving business growth and development. This role will be based in Mumbai, India.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with a proven track record of success in sales roles, particularly in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing diverse client cultures and have a deep understanding of employer market segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for new business generation and retention of large accounts.
  • Drive discussions with CXOs and senior directors to identify key decision makers and negotiate better terms.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and build relationships with clients, insurance partners, and servicing vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10-15 years of corporate relationship management experience from a service background.
  • Domain knowledge preferred.
  • MBA degree.
  • Technical skills: MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
