Strategic Partnership Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a senior business professional responsible for developing and executing strategic partnership plans to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be tasked with identifying potential partners, establishing and maintaining business relationships, and negotiating and closing partnership deals.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the role will involve collaborating with internal teams to align on goals and objectives, analyzing market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth, and ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and establish contact with mutual fund distributors, income tax professionals, and chartered accountants.
  • Provide them with information about Tata AIA and AIG business opportunities and convince them to join as advisors or agency partners.
  • Complete documentation, training, schedule exams, and ensure onboarding.
  • Support new business initiatives and create daily content for digital marketing campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of personal financial products, including insurance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
