Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions that drive data-driven decision making.

This role requires a strong understanding of business analytics, data visualization, and SQL programming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop data warehouses, ETL processes, and data marts to support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI (or similar BI tools) to support ongoing data quality monitoring and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Translate technical concepts and data insights into clear, actionable business value for non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop business cases for new business intelligence projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a business analyst or developer working within the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance industry standards and regulatory requirements as they impact data capture, usage, and reporting.
  • Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools.
