Business Intelligence Specialist

As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather project requirements, set up and deliver assessments and simulations, create reporting setups, and generate results.
  • Collate scores from various tools to maintain databases.
  • Analyze scores to develop industry benchmarks and norms for different markets.
  • Design dashboards using MS Power Apps, Tableau, or PowerBI.
  • Develop strong communication skills, work effectively in teams, and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Identify innovative ways to improve current execution methods and operate independently with domain knowledge.
  • Manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced analytical skills to create insights from data.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including MS Excel, Presentation Tools, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Knowledge of statistical functions like mean, median, mode, correlation, variance, standard deviation, and regression.
  • Preferred knowledge of Tableau for data presentation.
  • Business communication skills and fluency in English language.
