Job Title: Next Generation Artificial Intelligence Expert

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Next Generation Artificial Intelligence Expert to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable data intelligence platforms that integrate structured and unstructured data sources, driving business value through data-driven insights.
  • Develop and fine-tune Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, Diffusion Models) for tasks such as text generation, synthetic data creation, and content automation, ensuring optimal model performance and business impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions into production environments, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, feature stores, and model monitoring systems, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient model management.
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize LLM performance for business use cases, unlocking new revenue streams and enhancing customer experiences.
  • Conduct experiments and A/B testing to evaluate model performance and business impact, informing data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards, upholding the highest standards of integrity and responsibility.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering, with a strong track record of delivering innovative solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs, ensuring expertise in state-of-the-art technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), enabling efficient deployment and management of AI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and MLOps, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and processes.
