We're looking for skilled Full-stack developers to join our dynamic team working on cutting-edge AI research and commercial applications. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, writing clean code, and contributing to advancements in AI.

As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with leading US-based companies building next-generation AI solutions. Your primary focus will be on developing & optimizing AI models with clean, efficient code, evaluating performance through benchmarking and response ranking, fine-tuning models using high-quality datasets (SFT, RLHF), ensuring quality via code reviews, testing, and documentation, and innovating with new evaluation strategies and improved training workflows.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Knowledge of Node.js or NestJS and a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Background in modular development, scalable architectures, testing, and security best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of Docker.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

Freelancing with Turing offers flexibility, hands-on experience with leading AI/LLM companies, and opportunities to work on high-impact, innovative projects.

Engagement Details:
  • Commitment: Minimum 20 hrs/week (options: 20, 30, or 40 hrs). Must overlap at least 4 hours with PST.
  • Type: Contractor (no medical/paid leave).
  • Duration: 1 month (starting next week).
