Job Role Overview:

As a Senior Manager, you will uphold the organization's reputation by adhering to industry standards and maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth through sales and strategic planning.
  • Contribute to organizational success by enhancing the database, establishing a library, specializing in niche real estate markets, mentoring trainees, and engaging in client development.
  • Identify valuable opportunities by discussing appraisal requests with clients, analyzing property characteristics, and determining valuation methods.
  • Research and analyze property information, gathering and verifying data on competitive properties, sales, listings, vacancies, absorption rates, demand studies, social, economic, governmental, and environmental factors.
  • Compile appraisal reports by describing physical and economic property characteristics, appraisal procedures used, and analyzed information.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years prior experience in the property or valuations industry.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents, respond effectively to sensitive issues, and write reports using a distinctive style.
  • Expert-level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Argus, MS Word, and MS Excel, with good writing skills.

No formal supervisory responsibilities are assigned to this role. However, you may provide informal assistance, technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers, as well as coordinate and assign tasks within a work unit and/or project.
