Job Title: Senior Business Leader

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Leader to join our team. This role will oversee the development and implementation of business strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts with vendors and clients, requiring expertise in marketing, technology, and IP agreements.
  • Independently managing agreements end-to-end, from inception to closure.
  • Interpreting contracts and advising the business team on contractual responsibilities.
  • Preparing legal templates for standard agreements.
  • Staying abreast of changing laws and identifying their applicability across various business areas.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior team members.
  • Ensuring timely follow-up with vendors, customers, consultants, and providing necessary information as needed.
  • Pursuing automation and training to reduce legal involvement in day-to-day activities and make the business team self-reliant.
  • Working under pressure and meeting service level agreements.
  • Maintaining a strong ethical mindset and upholding non-negotiable work ethics.
  • Exhibiting good business acumen, negotiation skills, articulate communication, and excellent interpersonal skills.
