Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Corporate Relations Manager. As a key member of our outreach and collaborations department, you will be responsible for identifying target audiences and developing comprehensive outreach strategies to effectively reach and engage them.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify Target Audiences: Conduct thorough research to identify potential partners, communities, and industries that align with our mission and goals.
- Develop Outreach Strategies: Create detailed plans to reach and engage identified target audiences through various channels, including social media, email marketing, events, and community initiatives.
- Plan and Implement Outreach Campaigns: Utilize CRM software and database management skills to plan and execute outreach campaigns, ensuring effective communication and engagement with diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with External Partners: Work with external partners to develop joint initiatives, sponsorships, and co-marketing opportunities that benefit both parties.
- Seek Cross-Promotion Opportunities: Identify opportunities for cross-promotion and mutually beneficial collaborations with other organizations to expand placement opportunities.
- Develop Promotional Campaigns: Create compelling content for promotional materials, such as brochures, websites, social media posts, and press releases, to raise awareness about our organization's programs, services, and initiatives.
- Monitor and Analyze Effectiveness: Track the success of promotional activities and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Represent the Organization: Attend meetings, networking events, conferences, and community gatherings to build relationships with potential partners and stakeholders, promoting our mission and initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master's Degree: A preferred qualification for this role.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate relations, community engagement, or related fields, preferably in an educational institution or similar environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences through effective communication.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- CRM Software Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and database management tools to manage relationships and track interactions.
