
Strategic Partnership Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned partnership manager to spearhead the growth of our commercial vertical. This role will focus on building and maintaining strategic partnerships, driving business development, and ensuring seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard key partners across landowners, developers, architects, consultants, and suppliers.
- Negotiate partnership terms, contracts, and agreements to ensure mutual value creation.
- Lead generation and business development through proactive outreach, events, and workshops.
- Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams for smooth project onboarding and execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in construction or real estate domain.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction ecosystem and stakeholder landscape.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
