Job Title: Strategic Partnership Development Leader

As the leader of strategic partnership development, you will play a pivotal role in driving long-term business growth through collaborative relationships with contractors and subcontractors.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies to drive mutual benefit and organizational success
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis on contractor and subcontractor effectiveness, processes, and market trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Align departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organization's overall strategy based on demand and supply matrix insights
  • Plan and execute engagement activities to motivate and retain contractors and partners
  • Assess market trends and competitors to make informed decisions on contractors and subcontractors payout and recommend strategic actions
  • Design, implement, and manage proposed recommendations and projects to drive strategic outcomes
  • Monitor and report on project progress and results to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
  • Provide expert guidance and support to senior executives and managers on decision-making processes related to strategic partnerships
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in business or a related field, with an MBA being highly desirable
  • 6-8 years of experience in merchant onboarding, management consulting, or strategic planning
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with contractors and partners
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to coordinate multiple projects and priorities
  • Proven project management skills to deliver strategic outcomes
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills to drive collaboration and mutually beneficial agreements
