Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between departments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective internal and external communication
  • Provide exceptional customer service to office guests
  • Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
  • Collaborate with IT, phone, and building personnel as needed

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of ₹ 35,000 - ₹ 50,000 per month, depending on experience.
