Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Shubham Pharmachem Pvt. Ltd.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies, maintaining company databases, preparing reports, and coordinating logistics support and events.
Key Responsibilities- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Prepare regular financial reports on expenses and budgets
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Organize a filing system for confidential documents
- Provide administrative support to employees and clients
- Update office policies and procedures
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Book meeting rooms and arrange travel accommodations
- Distribute correspondence and packages
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in corporate office management
- A graduate degree with a hospitality background (preferred)
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
