Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team in Mumbai. This role will be responsible for overseeing virtual work operations, managing digital office tools, coordinating virtual meetings, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remote Office Administration: Manage virtual work operations, digital office tools, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Asset Management: Maintain accurate inventory of physical and IT assets, ensure regular servicing, and optimize utilization.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, manage procurement, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Event and Travel Arrangements: Coordinate cost-effective travel planning, including cabs, flights, and hotels bookings.
  • Visa Documentation: Handle all aspects of visa processing, including preparing documentation and liaising with embassies and consulates for timely approvals.
  • Utility Bills Payment: Manage timely payment of utility bills related to remote work to avoid disruptions.
  • Invoice Generation and Client Payment Follow-up: Generate accurate invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain professional communication with clients.
  • Vendor and Service Provider Payments: Handle the entire payment process, ensuring prompt processing and accurate record-keeping.
  • GST and TDS Filing: Ensure timely payments and filing of GST and TDS returns.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven administration experience in multinational companies.
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Advanced MS Excel and Power BI skills are highly desirable.
  • Filing of statutory compliances and audits.
  • Detailed knowledge of invoicing, GST, TDS, and vendor management.
  • Experience in large-scale event and global travel management.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
